Dissolution of the Austrian parliament

On 16 March 1914, Kaiser Franz Joseph I dissolves the Austrian parliament. The immediate cause was the refusal by Czech representatives to cooperate any further in the legislative process. From now on laws in the Danube monarchy would be issued as emergency decrees.
